CL80120 — Wallquest Carl Robinson 22 Underwood Wallpaper, Wonton in Carl Robinson 22

Description

The Underwood Wonton wallpaper (CL80120) presents a subtle herringbone weave with gentle tonal shading. Finished in the wonton colourway, this Underwood design carries the refined character of Wallquest’s Carl Robinson Edition 22 – Horizons collection, balancing heritage detailing with a clean, modern sensibility that suits both classic and contemporary interiors.

Part of Carl Robinson Edition 22 – Horizons, a calm collection of plains and textures built around a soft, liveable palette of neutrals. The Underwood pattern is drawn to read beautifully across a full wall, with a considered scale and a refined surface that catches the light without overwhelming a scheme. Repeating cleanly from drop to drop, it keeps its composure in both intimate rooms and larger, more architectural spaces. You can view the coordinating colourways and companion designs in the full Carl Robinson 22 collection here.

This soft neutral is a quiet workhorse; it warms bedrooms, hallways and open-plan living without ever competing, and lets darker joinery, art and textiles take the lead. The wonton tone of this Underwood makes it easy to build a room around, whether you paper all four walls for an enveloping effect or reserve it for a single feature wall behind a bed, sofa or console. Its woven, tactile surface adds a depth that flat paint simply cannot achieve, and stays forgiving of everyday light and shadow. Layer it with linen, wool and natural timber for a scheme that feels collected rather than decorated.
