CH31408 — Wallquest Chinoiserie Moonlace Magnolia Specialty Wallpaper, Silver in Chinoiserie

Description

Moonlace Magnolia Specialty silver wallpaper (CH31408) is the cool metallic partner to the gold colourway. White and palest pink magnolia flowers trail along dark branches across a soft silver-grey foil ground that shifts from pewter to pale platinum as the light moves. The effect is elegant and slightly moonlit, with the reflective surface adding depth without shouting.

The Chinoiserie collection by Wallquest revisits the tradition of hand-painted Chinese export wallpapers with a modern eye: trailing branches, blossom, birds and bamboo are redrawn at a comfortable scale and printed on easy-to-hang non-woven and specialty substrates. Moonlace Magnolia Specialty is one of the collection’s signature patterns, offered in several colourways so it can be specified from soft neutrals to metallics. Every roll is produced by Wallquest in the USA and carries the same detail and colour fidelity that has made the brand a favourite of designers worldwide. Rolls are supplied uncut for professional installation, and our showroom team can advise on quantities, pattern matching and the right adhesive for each substrate.

The silver ground suits contemporary and transitional interiors where a gold metallic would feel too warm. Specify CH31408 for a master bedroom headboard wall, a dressing room, a bathroom above panelling, or a boutique hotel suite. It pairs beautifully with white marble, chrome or nickel fittings, pale grey stone and soft blush or ice-blue textiles. Keep lighting layered and indirect so the metallic surface glows rather than glares. As with the gold version, plan the drops carefully so the branch trails continue across each seam and the foil ground stays uninterrupted. It also makes an elegant ceiling paper in a small powder room, where the reflective surface lifts the light.
