Decor Establishment is a leading supplier of commercial wallcovering in the UAE, supporting hotels, serviced apartments, offices, restaurants and retail fit-outs since 1974. As the exclusive distributor of Wallquest, Grandeco, Zambaiti Parati, SK Filson, Holden, Paper & Ink and Sellers & Josephson in the UAE, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain, we can supply project quantities with the consistency that commercial schemes demand.
Commercial wallcoverings for every space
- Guest rooms and suites: textured vinyls and designer patterns that look residential but clean as easily as a commercial product.
- Corridors and lift lobbies: Type II commercial vinyl for maximum resistance to luggage trolleys and heavy traffic.
- Lobbies, restaurants and lounges: statement designs from Zambaiti Parati, including the Elie Saab Maison and Automobili Lamborghini collections.
- Washrooms and back-of-house: scrubbable vinyls that handle humidity and frequent cleaning.
Type I vs Type II commercial vinyl
Type I is a lighter-weight commercial vinyl for areas with moderate use — offices, guest rooms and meeting rooms. Type II is heavier and more abrasion-resistant, specified for corridors, public spaces and anywhere walls take regular knocks. Both are washable and far more durable than paint.
